[Proj4j] Request for test data for LAEA, NZMG and SOMERC projections

To whomever is wanting the LAEA, NZMG and SOMERC projections - would it 
be possible for you to provide some sample conversion values for testing 
purposes?  This would ideally include:

- an EPSG CRS to test against
- geographic locations and their corresponding projected values

This will help with the porting effort.

Note that for at least one of these projections (LAEA) there are several 
sub-projections (aka modes of operation): S_POLE, N_POLE, EQUIT,  OBLIQ. 
It would be nice to get CRSes and sample points that test all of these 
modes.
