    The last update that I know about was for
    <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://trac.osgeo.org/proj4j/ticket/15">http://trac.osgeo.org/proj4j/ticket/15</a> back in May.&nbsp; I believe you
    preformed a batch update from GDAL.<br>

    It appears to have been introduced then, in revision 2006.&nbsp; Maybe it
    was in the pcs.csv or gcs.csv files that were used?<br>

          Does anyone know why? It was causing me some trouble until I
          removed the towgs84.<br>
