[Projects] please create a new project flyer for your project with the new branding till FOSS4G Boston

We sent stuff to printers yesterday. We are passing a motion to give Luca
$500 to print any additional ones that come in at staples ($48 = 150
pages). So that is enough for 10 more projects.

Y'all putting in the effort is they key part, if can back that up with
money we will do so.

(Beta website is a higher priority, want to have all projects for the
foss4g)
