Hi Georg,

The last implemented INSPIRE discovery document was 3.0.

We need to track changes with 3.1 and apply in pycsw.

PS. Regarding the mysql issue, we need to fix in a next version of pycsw 
since we are in code freeze right now before releasing 1.8.0.
