Ricardo: I have added you to the GitHub pycsw team and you now have direct commit access to the codebase.  Note that GitHub pull request are still our preferred mechanism for non-trivial commits.

Given you have agreed to the licensing guidelines in the past [1], this committer requirement is already satisfied.

Can you:

- add yourself to https://github.com/geopython/pycsw/blob/master/COMMITTERS.txt
- add yourself to https://github.com/geopython/pycsw/blob/master/LICENSE.txt (suggested overall best practice is to add/update yourself top copyright on any source code file you touch)
