Ok, failure was transient, triggered new build just now: success!

But still better/efficient to move to GitHub Workflow:
https://github.com/geopython/pygeoapi/pull/801 is pending, I see I still 
need to do review.
Main is to have a vote on:
Do you want images on:

GHCR & DockerHub
GHCR Only
DockerHub only
