[Pywps-dev] Running the unit tests

Hi to all

Some unitttest fail due to incorrect configuration or real problems, the
unnittest are very diverse from FTP testing, XML parsing to simple WPS
request.

Alex, INMHO try to cherry pick some simple uniitttest from
PyWPS/tests/schema_validation.py or PyWPS/tests/perform_requests.py and
run them and then port to Tox/Travi

The majority of the unitttest should run on python2.7 using a local
implementation in the latest code

I think that Tox/Travis is a great idea !!!! Never done it like that but
want to see it working with PyWPS
