[Pywps-dev] integration tests

Hi everyone,

As we have not officially released PyWPS-4 yet I would prefer to keep
these repos "in house". Possibly the best thing to do for now is to
use the PyWPS group. We can then move it to GeoPython when we get an
official release.

And good work on the integration tests.
