[Pywps-dev] pywps.org status?

after phone call with the "director" the transfare is no problem from
"filosofical" point of view, only problem is administration - the executive
manager has simply no time and does not see this as big issue to trouble
him.

ok, I'll give it a shot, will perform the steps needed to domain transfare
and hope, he will "click at the link" in the e-mail or maybe do some paper
work (like submit one signature at local post office)
