[Pywps-dev] GSoC 2016: Remote Output Storage

Hi Jachym,

I've started writing the project proposal and would love your feedback and
suggestions on the same. I've shared the google doc with you.
Also, I've not filled Timeline section yet, I think we should discuss more
on the project before writing it in the application. Please let me know
when you are available for a discussion on the irc channel.
