[Qgis-community-team] Manual compile issues

Hi Otto & team

I compiled the manual tonight after finding all the needed .sty files I
was missing. Its looking really great! I have two issues though:

1) Screenshot images are not displaying (but icons and OS logos are)
2) Dialog Box Title style is not readable - for me its a blue box with
some white boxy things in it.

Any ideas?
