This needs to be agreed with developers. The planned release for 1.0
is / was Aug 15. Working back from that date would put a feature
freeze at around 1 Aug. However I suspect that we will encounter
delays as key final changes are brought into the 1.0 code base
(labelling, composer revision, menu revision from Tom).

Werner yes there are a lot of layout changes to dialogs in trunk
(which will become 0.11.0 in a few weeks) since I carried out a GUI
revision as part of this release cycle.
