[Qgis-community-team] Translations of the 0.10.0 announcement

good idea Paolo - could you also add the names of the italian mailing lists you
sent the announcement to the Post Release table with a "checked" sign at
http://wiki.qgis.org/qgiswiki/ReleaseChecklist0.10.0 so we know for upcoming
releases where to send the announcements if you are not available.
