[Qgis-community-team] 1.2 Manual completion

Hello team,

first chapters are quite ready for release, the only thing I feel it's
missing is the list of relevant new features.
I started marking them with 'yes' in the changelog table [0] but I'm not
sure where to add them. I think that adding tem in Features at a glance
chapter in their respective sections will be less evident than add a
'What's new in this release' at the top of the chapter and mention them
all together.
Opinions are welcome!
