Hi Carlos, 

yes, I guess you need to add spanish language support to the qgis_style.sty
file. Add the spanish language package and utf8 support, for example here: 

% important for nice acroread-visualization as pdf
\usepackage[utf8]{inputenc}
\usepackage[spanish]{babel}
\usepackage[T1]{fontenc}

that works at least for italian and other languages.
