I have not been able to actually update anything in the manual because 
of issues with access to the SVN server. I have got the manual sources 
but cannot send any changes back. You suggested I contact Tim to fix 
this, but I have heard nothing back from him so am currently stuck. 
Would like to help and have made a start with annotating the current 
sources, but cannot make further progress until SVN access is sorted.
