[Qgis-community-team] Preparing to announce the release for QGIS 1.5

Translation done !

There is what is left to do :
- modify download.qgis.org to point to the wiki page
- disable download's submenus in joomla (I already unpublished these 
page and pointed to the wiki)
- change the website's banner
- translate the download's wiki page (I'm doing the fr right now)
