Thanks Jean!

I add this lines to the qgis_style.sty

\usepackage{tocloft}
\addtolength{\cftsecnumwidth}{0.5em}
\addtolength{\cftsubsecnumwidth}{0.5em}
\addtolength{\cftfignumwidth}{0.5em}
\addtolength{\cfttabnumwidth}{0.5em}

and now TOC and lists of Tables and Figures
looks better. May be this should be added to
the english version too?
