[Qgis-community-team] QGIS Translation Web Application

Hello, I have already registered in  http://translate.qgis.org/  but not
let me save (there is no  Skip, Suggest or Submit below). The QGIS User
Guide is the only document, the qgis.org site can also be translated in the
same way?
What can I do to help?
