[Qgis-community-team] working with vector

Hello,

I have indicated on
http://hub.qgis.org/wiki/quantum-gis/LaTeX_to_RST_migration that I picked
up the translation of this latex file to rst. It is a big document, but why
not start with this one. I have translated it recently (in LaTex) to Dutch
so it is still fresh to me.

I do not seem to have rights in Github yet to Sync/Push the changes I made
on cloned project to https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Documentation
Can someone provide?
