[Qgis-community-team] enumeration for figures

Hi, 

I would suggest, if we feel it is necessary to reference between rst files,
we use the chapter/Section/... as reference and not the figures. This way,
we only have 1 figure definition and keep it simple.

btw: I don't remember, if we ever referenced to figures from others files.

Would that be ok?
