[Qgis-community-team] how to link to tables?

Hello Larissa,

I changed the readme.rst a bit to explain this. I hope it will help.

I just have improved a bit of print_composer.rst, the second figure
(which is a table) has a working reference..
use an anchor without apostrophes and with a empty line above and
below followed by the table like:

.. _table_1:

+-----------+------------+
|  entry1  | entry 2  |
+-----------+------------+
Tabel 1: an interesting table.

Refer to it like this table_1_!
