[Qgis-community-team] Updating QGIS 2.0 Manual To Include WMTS Connection Information

Hi Bob,

there are only a few people working on the manual update. It would be great,
if you can write down some paragraphs about WMTS and WCS that we can
integrate into the OGC chapter of the user manual.
