Hi Paolo!

Login on:

http://qgis.org/administrator/index.php

Goto
Components -> Joom!Fish -> Translation
On the right side you can find
Languages -> set it to Italian -Italy
Content elements (depends on where the typo/bug is) usually you want to 
set it to "Contents"

Then use the Keyword Filter to search for the Article which is wrong .. 
Select it .. Change it .. and Save it ..

That should do it ..
