Hi all.
Maybe I'm missing something here, so I apologize beforehand. I think we could improve
the general situation with documentation and help. The application is growing a lot,
and it is proving very difficult to maintain and translate all this material. I know
the style of a manual can be different from what one could expect from an Help
button, but I believe the differences can be rather minor, and the advantages are huge.
This would also solve the issue from where I started, i.e. sextante help.
In short, I suggest to:
* remove the current Help content
* point the help button to the relevant page of the manual
* distribute the manual together with qgis
* remove the tab Help from sextante algs
* add an Help button, as with any other dialog of the app.
