Not at the moment - we should set up a cron job that periodically does
tx pull and then builds the manuals. Currently the process of building
the manual is automated in the post translate script but someone still
needs to run that manually and put the pdfs somewhere. I can take care
of this I think though I don't currently have visibility as to what
the process being followed at the moment is so it might be better to
hear first what others have to say.
