[Qgis-community-team] Transifex pull but no translations

Hi!

As I could read in transifex documentation there are some hooks where you
could pull/push changes on "changes" in the files..
So it should be possible to automate all these things ..
For now (as transifex integration is not fully done) some things have to be
done manually and we still have to find out how all this can be automated
..

But I think it will be great once everything runs automated :)

For the Volunteer helping in translation (webbased) it will easen the
things a lot) .. For now the work to be done seems a bit more than before -
but I am sure we'll sort that out
