[Qgis-community-team] QGIS Training Manual 2.0

Hi George,

some time ago I started branch in QGIS-Documentation repo
where some work on adoption to QGIS style was done. This
inculdes some sources fixes and screenshoots reorganzing.

This branch is outdated now, but maybe can be used as start
point or example.
