Hi there.

I have a idea but is a draft:

Why not create a shortcut when qgis is installed with a custom qgis html
file with the all links together relevant to the qgis project?

For example the user install qgis and appear the usual shortcuts plus the
shortcut with the hyperlinks, the html file can stay installed in the qgis
folder.
