In fact, I think that a "QGIS Day package" would be useful. This could include:
* the form for feedback you suggested
* promotion material (posters, brochure, shirts, etc.)
* a website to upload material (slides, videos, or meybe better, links to it)
The issue is, as always, who can take care of this?
Maybe we should decide some condition to give the "official" QGIS label?
