[Qgis-community-team] release of qgis 2.6 documentation

Manage items done in Pr #372.

I've added in a bit about the changes to locked layers, and I think that maybe a picture of the items tab showing some locked and unlocked items might be helpful - any thoughts?

I've also made the change mentioned below, but I note that my window manager treats that as move window, and I need ctrl and alt. I'm not sure how widespread this is or if this needs handling as a note. 

These's also a very brief outline of creating/moving/deleting guides because I couldn't see one elsewhere.
