[Qgis-community-team] Proposal to divide some pages in QGIS documentation

Hi,
Following this thread, I made a PR (
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Documentation/pull/544 ) few months ago,
waiting for approval/merging. It may be nice to have this new structure
before we began documenting all new stuffs of 2.12.
