[Qgis-community-team] QGIS-Documentation-testing builds twice a day now

Hi Community,

during the hackfest we build the master/testing/2.14tobe
QGIS-Documentation once every hour.
Before it was once a day.

I'll changed it back to twice a day now.

Off course every change and pull request will be viewable in Travis:
