[Qgis-community-team] Ideas to improve/make clearer bugtracker choice

Hi all,
For some weeks (months?), there are many issue reports on QGIS-Website repo
<https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Website/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aclosed> that
have nothing to do with our website. They actually are about QGIS
application. They should be reported to hub.qgis.org

So I'm wondering if there's something missing or something unclear on which
bugtracker to use according to the need at
http://qgis.org/en/site/getinvolved/development/bugreporting.html

Any ideas?
