Hello,
I contact you because i have currently many problems with qgis 2.18 and even qgis 2.14 - The menu Processing disapper completly.- I have also another problem, I could no longer download plugins, and the statut of the official repository is unvailable - last problem: i can't use the open layer plugin, before it worked correctly but not now it d'ont display any map (Google, OSM...)
