[Qgis-community-team] Changelog (english) in website, plz check

Hi,

Just wanted to point that I've pushed some fixes to the published changelog
yesterday (https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Website/pull/729) in case the plan
would be to fix the 3.12 changelog in the app and "republish" it on the web
site.
