Hi Harrissou,

If you are looking for a reliable service, please use my WMS service as
you wish in the docs (I first setup this mapfile back in 2003 !!):

   - online_resource: https://demo.gatewaygeomatics.com/cgi-bin/wms_gateway?
   - GetCapabilities:
https://demo.gatewaygeomatics.com/cgi-bin/wms_gateway?service=WMS&version=1.3.0&request=GetCapabilities

Also please let me know if you need any changes done for this service.

-jeff
