Hello all,

at https://www.qgis.org/en/site/about/case_studies/index.html you have a
list of QGIS Case Studies. The last entry is from 2019, so I am not sure
if the list will be continued at all.

But I would have a QGIS project - openko.de <https://www.openko.de> -
that I would like to present. It's not my first QGIS project, but it's
the first one I've published. It's about heavy rainfall data for
Germany, covering 5,405 raster fields in a regionalized way. This is
open data from the German Weather Service.

I prepared the data using QGIS and created 5,405 tables with overview
maps automatically using the atlas tool.

Using Qgis2Web, I then created a web map linked to the tables and maps.
I put the whole thing online with the website openko.de.

The site is in German, but the functionality is easy to follow: On the
start page there is a blue button, via this button saying "Hier geht's
zur Karte" you get to the web map. Clicking on any grid feature opens a
pop-up with a link to the download page. The table together with the
overview map can be downloaded by clicking on the first link
("KOSTRA-DWD-2010R-Tabelle Nr. XXX herunterladen (PDF)").

By the way, I created the website with Wordpress and created the 5,405
download pages automatically via a Python script.

Would this be a project you would want to feature on your site? I would
be very happy about a feedback!

Greetings
Alex
