[Qgis-community-team] User groups - sharing experience on QGIS Certification process

Hi QGIS community,

As part of the QGIS certification process [0], the local QGIS User group
can be asked to provide feedback on the materials, whether the applicant
company is known, has a good reputation, somehow contributes (enough?) to
the QGIS project, ...

I'd like to hear from the other QGIS user groups what you have put in place
to achieve these requirements, how you are organized, what it takes as
energy and time and what difficulties you may have met.
