I got all the plugin icons I could find out of the plugin folders and
converted to png when necessary.<br>

So far we have "missing" icons identified in the latex source, but have
not resolved in all cases whether it is due to name changes or icons
that actually haven't been found.<br>

But there are some icons I definitely haven't found, or can't figure
out their new names: these are the Map Composer (or Print Composer as
it is now called) tool button icons, such as Export as Image.<br>
<br>
There is still the larger issues of naming consistency among plugin
icons (separate thread), and also developing a procedure to flush out
old icons when there is a new release that is idiot-proof so that some
idiot like me doesn't come along and mess up the repository. I have
looked at the SVN manual and still don't have a clue how to do this
safely.<br>

Is this all resolved now? - I see there are still one or two plugins
using xpm - Ill get that sorted out for you in the next day or two.
