So somebody clever ideas about how to handle this in the site? It is ok
for now I think, but having the site handle true rtl would be even cooler.
Googling 'bootstrap rtl' shows a lot of bootstrap forks/projects, but
maybe a native arabic reader knows more?

I don't know anything about bootstrap, but in general:<br>

direction: rtl;<br>
}<br>
in the css file pretty much does it today. Can you specify an
alternate css file when switching languages?<br>
