It seems that module 9 can wait for a few days in the hope that the exercise_data for that module can be found from somewhere. Have you started working on module 7? If you want more time for databases issues (I have very experience with those), I can get on working with module 7 and continue with 9 afterwards, both modules' topics are very familiar to me so it should not be a difficult task.</div>

The main outstanding modules are 7 (Vector Analysis) and 9 (Completing<br>
the Analysis). I will go ahead and keep working on these next week and<br>
hoping to have help from Victor Olaya. I believe George should be done<br>
with 11 (Online Resources) shortly, and Im not sure about the status<br>
of Module 6 (Creating Vector Data).<br>

Beyond that, we need to update the Appendix and Answer sheet. George,<br>
lets try to chat about that next week.<br>

I'm also keen to have a discussion about issue #190 concerning the<br>
sample data. It makes sense to make it as easy as possible to switch<br>
to a different set of exercise data for a local area with minimal<br>
updates to the docs themselves (i.e. remove direct references to<br>
Swellendam etc). This may require a bit of discussion on how best to<br>
do that. Might be good to have a script that can grab the necessary<br>
data from OSM and potentially SRTM based on a bbox and create a<br>
localized exercise_data directory. This will take a bit of thinking<br>
and editing, but I think its doable and a good idea.<br>
