<p dir="ltr">Here is a site (   <a href="http://carlosrsuazo.wix.com/qgis">http://carlosrsuazo.wix.com/qgis</a> ) test the form, I can provide the code so you can embedded in the website, and this one can receive unlimited replies. I wrote to platform managers and they will be glad to supporting us with their tool in the future when they start pricing the tool, for now they only charge forms that use payment request fields, so we have unlimited form replies.</p>
