I would not oppose to preferently use windows 10 for screenshots.
Besides the writers, it may feel more confortable for most users
(assuming that the majority of users are on windows).

I think lowering the bar is a good idea. I would
appreciate the option to use Win10 screenshots. I
think taking screenshots can be a good first step
into documentation writing if it doesn't require
setting up a dedicated operating system ;-)</div>
