General comment: testing is available only in English until
master is branched to release_3.16 and published as 3.16 LTR
docs. And at that moment we push it to transifex and begin
translating. Meanwhile only 3.10 is translatable.

While the server docs was split only on master, I can see
that some changes (containerization, text tweaks and updates)
were backported to 3.10, and they are not available in
transifex because we forgot to push them.
In the testing documentation, we have previously extracted the
server
manual to a dedicated chapter
rel="noreferrer" target="_blank" moz-do-not-send="true">https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Documentation/pull/5930)
then improve the
getting started part and add a section about containerization

We would like to contribute in the french documentation by
providing the
po files for theses sections. But on the transifex web site,
we were not
able to find a way to contribute on the testing version.

What is the best way to do so ?
