[Qgis-developer] use dll(MFC) in QGIS is possible?

hi:
last night,I found dlls(based in MFC) may resolve the custom of linestyle(I 
want to use a lot of linestyle,road\highway etc.)and I want to know QGIS 
can use the dll(MFC) or dll(win32api)? :-)
