Greetings,
QGIS 0.8.0 Preview Release 1 is now available for download. This is the
first of several previews leading up to the release of 0.8.

This release is feature complete, however you will likely find things
that are not fully implemented or don't work quite right. The purpose of
this release is to provide you with a preview and the opportunity to
give the development team feedback on any issues you encounter. Please
keep in mind that this release is for testing only and not ready for
production use.

Binaries are available for:
* Mac OS X PPC
* Windows
* Ubuntu Dapper (may work on Debian)
* SuSE 10
* Fedora Core 5

As always the source is available as well. Please read the information
on the download page and provide feedback to the development team.
