[Qgis-developer] plugins - pgaccess

Hi,
I'm a newby, i'm an italian programmer, I use qgis 0.7.4 for win32   and linux debian.
I would want to know if there is someone that uses qgis and postgresql and pgaccess toghether.
I would want to create a plugin , like the attribute window's button, with a button that open a pgaccess istance with the selected point data.
Is there somebody that has the same problem or is it interested?
