[Qgis-developer] QGIS 0.8 Release Candidate?

Hi,

I think it's good to get a Windows release out; there are a few bugs
(about 3) in the tracker that could be closed if we could prove they're
now OK in Windows.

I wouldn't necessarily call it a Release Candidate though, perhaps a
preview 2?
