I just built 0.9.0-Unstable (6881) from subversion and the labels  
still are not working.

OS X 10.4.9 build following Tim Sutton's cmake build instructions,  
etc., etc.

I will hold off on making a change to the bug tracker item until the  
problem can be confirmed or refuted by others.
